I keep hoping pentax will start doing product placement in films and also sponsoring indie film makers
Fired many shots. Didn't kill anything.

I posted this https://www.pentaxuser.com/forum/topic/pentax-in-films-38735 some time ago,
After watching the film again I confirmed it was a Pentax, couldn't determine the model as it was only a brief glimpse, and the Pentax Strap stuck out like a sore thumb

Hi, I watched an old re-run Professionals about 2 weeks ago. They were using a Pentax in that. Not sure of model, But pretty sure it wasn't Digital.

That series finished in 1983, the Pentax *istD (Pentax's first digital camera) didn't appear until 20 years later. In those days Pentax was a leading brand if not THE leading brand (of course it still is but not many know that!) Other brands took up digital much earlier which is probably why Pentax initially got left behind.Hi, I watched an old re-run Professionals about 2 weeks ago. They were using a Pentax in that. One of the regulars on the american Pentax forum pointed out that the helmet cam lenses on the marines in Aliens are Pentax 110 lenses. Had a screencap and all to prove it!
