Pentax glass on a FF camera

Oh no. Reigniting FF lust. I'm not a gearhead by any means but just for the viewfinder I would love it. I always find it demotivating to put my old, tiny mz5 in front of the eye and it has a viewfinder that it so much better than anything on Pentax' digital cams. Add to that the shallow DOF.
And I've seen several proofs that lots a Pentax glass works fine on FF. But hey, do Canon have bodies in all kind of colours

Ricehigh did this over 2 years ago and also has a list of compatible lenses on his site.
The shot of the motorbike is taken with the famous SMC-A* 85mm/1.4 wide open one of the best lenses ever made and would look good on an Instamatic It would look the same on a crop sensor, but would be 2/3 of the size.

A chap over at Pentax Forums has done a Dr Frankenstein on a FF body and is now able to use his aperture ringed Pentax lenses on it.

Truth be told, it's a Canon sensor with Pentax glass in front. We are using Samsung/Sony sensors with Pentax glass in front.
Best regards
Now just looked at Nikon Rumors and seen that Nikon make sensors! I had always assumed that my D700 sensor was a Sony unit, not so. The D7000 sensor is a Sony unit but the D700, D3, D3s and D3100 are Nikon sensors. We live and learn.A chap over at Pentax Forums has done a Dr Frankenstein on a FF body and is now able to use his aperture ringed Pentax lenses on it.

Just need Pentax to buy from Nikon (FF) as well as Sony (APS-C).

Er, "developed" by Nikon. Not made by. They drew up a spec. and went to a sensor maker. Now just looked at Nikon Rumors and seen that Nikon make sensors! Exactly. I want the lens much more than I want FF.
