Your best bet is to buy another one on ebay and cannibalise it.

You could try Harrow Technical - they quote £56.50-£66.50 for zoom compact cameras on their website for repairs, but it would still depend on them being able to get hold of another assembly.

Firstly, this post is a bit of a gamble as the original thread is now so old. However, ......
I've just come across a Espio 200 which has been dropped and, as far as I am able to ascertain, is beyond economic repair. If the original poster
(bobbrakes) can contact me I would be willing to donate this to help fix his camera. Thanks.
