£40 - £45 according to Google, if it is boxed, in perfect condition and never used perhaps a little more to a collector, although its unlikely the battery will accept a charge if its been depleted for a long time

I couldnt get it to fire up so i think youre right about the battery.
Yes its still in all the original boxes. I will put it on ebay and see what happens.

Have you cleaned all the relevant terminals? e.g. with the end of a pencil eraser. The rubbish coating them will be severe after all that time.

Turns out that when you actually put batteries in it - its fully functional. Yay, thanks.
