pentax auto bellows K

Would anyone be using these auto bellows.

I have been loaned these bellows but without instructions. Would these be available somewhere for downloading, or maybe someone has the instructions and can help me out. Thanks
Update...Have tried downloading these instructions but I am told that there are none available. I believe that this has been a previous problem and a forum member came to the rescue. I would welcome any help, please

A question. Can this bellows be used without the twin release cable? Digital cameras do not have cable release possibilities

Yes with limitations. The second part of the release is there to stop the lens down just before the shutter is triggered.

With digital, I would think that any lens with an aperture ring is fine, as long as you focus wide open and stop down before taking the shot. Trial and error for exposure? Easy with digital.
