pentax A mount

i have a pentax A lens with a faulty mount it wont move on to the A setting i also have a lens with a working mount that locks on the A setting but the lens is us how hard is to swap mounts advice please

Pretty easy to change, usually only 3 or 4 screws, you will have to watch for the detent ball, if you lift the aperture ring, also helps if the lenses are the same.

Also check there are no shims between the lens and the mount, can be interesting if there are.
