Pentax A 35-70 zoom - dud?

The reason i ask is i have an F28-80mm which is a little wobbly at the front. But the 28-80 does not have the bezel. From what i can make out you unscrew the front element as you would the bezel on the 35-70 and i assume the screws that tighten it are under there : :

Thanks guys

This has allowed me to fix my SMC A 35-70 f4.
I found part of the focus ring had broken inside (2x.5mm) and was jamming noticeable about the 55-60 mm range.
Cleaned it out, reassembled and aligned the infinity mark maybe a touch short and wow its back in business no jamming and ready to play
