pentax 35-105mmA lens Hood

I recently purchased a 35-105mm A lens and the image I have taken tend to suffer from flare and CA. I am hoping an addition of a hood will help. Can anybody give advice regarding third party lens hoods.

I saw a used cheap lens hood for Canon 35-105mm lens. Would I be correct to assume that if it fits my lens it will do the job?

According to http://kmp.bdimitrov.de/lenses/zooms/medium/A35-105f3.5.html you need a Pentax RH-B70 hood. Or any to fit a 67mm Filter thread. What you will have to be careful about is, a hood that works at 105mm may cause a problem at 35mm. conversely one for 35mm may be no good at 105mm
