Ha ha - thanks Stuey. It is a pretty amazing view. The area of Shanghai around the river, called The Bund on one side and Lujiazui on the other, has some spectacular views. Beautiful colonial (mostly British but also American) buildings line The Bund and in Lujiazui you have some spectacular buildings like that one. Not in the picture are two of the world's tallest buildings with a third, that will be the world's 2nd highest building, still under construction. Amazing to walk around anytime day or night, but in the evening all the lights are on until 22.00 on both sides of the river.
