For me it would have to be early October, busy every weekend until then, but October would be when the leaves are turning and there's potential for mist / frosty mornings!
First or second weekend in October are both free for me; if you happen to set a date for this time I'll definitely come along.
Best regards
David

Ok let's do the first Sunday in October. That's nice and easy to remember and far enough away to plan around. Hopefully Andrew will be up and about by then too!
Shall we stick with the Chrome Hill / Roaches idea? Lovely corner of the peak.
That suits be just perfect on both accounts! The 1st weekend in October it is then. I will start a new thread for it.

I'd like to come along and October sounds great. I've never been on a photo meet before so it sounds like fun.

That's a shame Andrew!
Any ideas for the location? I've got a couple of thoughts - option 1, around Chrome Hill and then on to The Roaches / Lud's Church. Option 2, Crich Tramway Museum and then down to Cromford Canal via Duke's Quarries?
