Park Cameras

Their opening hours for Thursday is up until 7:30 pm (19:30).

I have just tried calling and I get an answer phone message that they are open until 5:30 Monday to Saturday and 7:30 on Thursday.

So, at 5:40 I would have expected an answer!

My doctor opens at 7.30 am but can't accept phone calls before 8.00 am
It may well be that they haven't left the phone on and it's automatically switched to answerphone mode.. or someone has forgotten they're still open

Can't or can't be bother, more like.

I had someone close by and they would have diverted to pick up a couple of things for me if they were in stock.

It will now have to be an on-line order for delivery - and it will not be Park getting the business.

actually they can't...the out of hours service runs until 8 am so all calls are diverted until then...it's only been for the last year that they've been open early....

Went to Park Cameras new London shop a few days ago. Nicely designed and laid out over two floors. I was actually looking for something specific and was ready to buy, but after wandering around both floors for a few minutes whilst the staff were all huddled having a chat near the tills - nobody offered any assistance - I gave up and left. I don't plan on returning; they didn't even bother to make eye contact.
