I was invited a couple weeks ago to a christening and had the chance to take some photo with my K5 and FA* 28-70 f2.8. I have reduced the noise in Lightroom and some tweak on white balance and cropping.

Doesn't look like it was much fun at all! I generally stop snapping when the kids are crying and screaming as I don't find it makes much of a photo ... same here really. I appreciate you were there to capture a moment of religous significance, and the mood may have been serious .... but what a pity there is no sense of joy or love from anyone.

Technically, I like the white balance best in the last one which retains a bit of warmth from the tungsten lights and looks quite natural ... the others look a little too cool I feel. The first one loses atmosphere through being very bright, its not entirely clear where all the white light is coming from (it doesn't look to be only from the chandeliers), so maybe I'd have left more shadow around the outer zones and darker reaches. Again, the lighting on the last one is great like the colours.

Wouldn't be a christening without a wailing baby, well caught. I like what you've done with the chandeliers in the first shot.
As for me, all I know is that I know nothing.
