If you are using windows, just click on the "My computer" icon on your desktop and select the drive that represents your camera, you should then see your pics.
What picture viewing software are you using ??
I always use a card reader rather than connecting my camera to the computer, does your computer or printer have a card reader on it??

Hi Carty - welcome to the forum. I can't speak from experience on this camera, but on some you have to press the OK or Select button to get connected to the pc.

Silly question maybe, but have you installed the software that came with the camera.

Clarky`s right,I had the same "problem" when I 1st tried d/ling photos.
Click on Computer and your camera will show as a drive when you connect via the USB cable...or just put your flash card into your reader,click on computer and click Flash Card Reader and from there you can move your photos to any folder you wish.
I`ve found that most Software discs have similar programs on them,except for the User Manual.
Remember,we`ve all been "Newbies",just some are further up the ladder than others....I`m probably on the 1st rung.
