Do Pentax Forum have any yearly get togethers in the UK.:

Never heard of one. Could be fun though. I might even be able to make it over if something does get organised.

Some on here have met up as part of ePhotozine meets...

Always up for that, fancy organising it?

On ePHOTOzine it's one member who decides he or she wants to meet up at a specific location and they arrange it through the forums. We set up a forum section here: Pentax User Members Meetings for you to do this on Pentax User.

In the magazine we will gladly publicise the events too. We did have four organisers who used to arrange regular meetings but that's dropped down to two. All it needs is a bit of commitment from someone to suggest a location and ensure everyone knows where to meet and what time.

If it's in my vicinity I may pop along too

Might have to start a new post on this, I was thinking along the lines of Next May on a Saturday or Sunday for a Pentax Forum Members Meet. at the Robin Hood Center, Sherwood Forest, it has a large car park, Cafeteria, and the oldest Oak tree etc. There will be things to photograph all around , free to get in, (might be a small car parking charge) Barby area if you want to bring your own barby.
Tracey and I will be going up there over the next two weeks, and we will find out more info on what's going on in the month of May.
All we need for now is : YES or NO to the venue and the time of year.:

Terry , if I am around (work takes me overseas quite a bit) then count me in. I am just down the road in Leicestershire
