One shot

We are have a competition at our camera club with a film camera. Where we are loading a film and everyone gets to take only one shot. If you mess it up that's it... On the camera is a 35 -70 Af lens. So the question im looking for inspiration with is this ? If you had only one shot to produce a competition winning shot. What would your subject matter be ? Please keep them within reason, I would like to photograph one of the seven wonders of the world or a Hollywood actress but sadly in real terms. Its just not going to happen.

You are going to get a different answer from everyone. The reason - you take what you like and hope the judge is on the same wavelength

Maybe that's true but all would of inspiration.. Which is the idea...
