Pentax has a superb history of being backwards-compatible so I'm pleased to say all your options 1 and 2 are fully achievable.
Option 1 - Look up Harrow Technical or Asahi Photo and both will be happy to help you with overhauling older Pentax items.
Option 2 - The A series lenses will be fully functional with all Pentax digital bodies. Obviously no AF, but set the lens to "A" and everything will work normally.
Cureently we have the K-r and K-5 to look at, so check out prices on www.srsmicrosystems.co.uk who are our main Pentax suppliers here on the forum. Also Park Cameras and others can supply Pentax.
I'm removing your e-mail address. It's a bit unwise to publish it on a forum as you will find the spammers find you very quickly.

My Questions ....
I have a Pentax Super A outfit, purchases from 1984 onwards, in their original boxs. The items have not been used for some years, but previously all items worked. Contents - Super A camera body, F1.7 50mm, F4 24 to 50 mm, F4 70 to 210mm SMC lenses, plus 2X converter.
Is it possible to get the units cleaned/lubricated or are parts etc. discontinued ? Guidance on prices etc. appreciated. (Option 1)
Option 2 - If Pentax does a digital camera body that would be compatible with the SMC series A lenses, prices/details would be welcome.
Option 3 - If neither options 1 or 2 are possible, can anyone suggest a suitable 21st century equivalent of my Super A system with a 24 mm flash of reasonable guide number (25+ at 100 ASA based on 50mm lens equivalent) ?
Assuming options 1 and 2 are not feasible - anyone interested in acquiring a Super A system in good, possibly even excellent condition for its age would be welcome to make contact.
Historically, I have always liked the Pentax range for their "feel"/balance, good product information and ease of use.Thank you for allowing me to put this matter forward.
