What is it? Looks like some kind of cult icon thing?

Thanks for looking and commenting, guys.
I did take a shot or two of Young Ralph which is nearby, but i'm not happy with 'em really, i'll not use 'em. 'Old Ralph' is a far better statement...

Wonderful detail under the circumstances (previously expounded by Karl). Well worth the trip?.
We once stayed in a B&B once in the woods north of Pickering near a Roman Fort and I remember feeling a little sorry for all those Italian soldiers in their miniskirts and sandals being out on the moors when I was froze in modern wet weather gear.

Paul takes his photography extremely seriously - even to the point where he had an early morning exercise routine before venturing out on a shoot.
Being a Yorkshire man myself I explained to Paul how we exercise up here - a couple of pictures to follow.
