Old quarry

Another fine, frosty day here . Explored an old gritstone quarry with the dog. I'd originally intended to get out for the dawn, but a combination of sloth and domestic chores did for that

As always, C&C most welcome

'Slabs' gets my vote - nice pics

I managed to get out early having shirked my mundane domestic tasks - still can't believe I got away with it

First is best. A good image and well composed. I also like the Superman Crystals in the last shot.....

Best regards

Thanks for the encouragement and positive comments, much appreciated. And it's always interesting when different people pick out different photographs from a set - although whether it's good news or bad is a moot point

At first it was so and so, but taking the time to look at the photo (which is something I always do) I find that your set is a beautiful one. My favourite is the first, the composition shows a lot and tells a story.

Thank you for sharing these inspiring photos!

Now off to look for something similar here in West London LOL
