Geoff - I'm the ops manager for a courier company that specialises in importing and exporting samples for the fashion industry, and have met a few of the models too. Some of them are a bit "snotty", but I've gotta take the rough with the smooth I suppose! If ever I was asked to choose from a list of models to photograph, I think I'd pick Jodie Kidd. Dunno if my efforts would do her justice though!!
Any, as a "noob" myself, welcome to a great wee site!!

Steve they can be a bit of challenge sometimes especially when they start to think....I did a shoot in Moscow about 3 years ago and the girls there were completely different as they were just so grateful to have a good job

Used my Pentax 645's for many weddings until around five years ago when we went pretty much all digital, Canon/Nikon, but have recently returned to film for all our low volume commercial shoots....cus I just love the look of film and the shooting experience with the 645N.
A couple of shots from a recent shoot have already been posted into the gallery and thanks for all the kind comments.
