Agree with Gareth unfortauntely. Some kind of focus problem here. His optical-illusion-style shirt doesnt help , the blue lines all over it look in focus, but none of the man appears to be except maybe his left forearm.
It also looks kind of like it's been heavily sharpened - has it? On his right arm for instance, the blue lines look razor sharp but his arm looks OOF, very odd.

did you shoot a series on this subject?
I see the subject and the setting have much potential, but this shot is lacking...
from the composition (cut off hand, you are either to wide or too close, this sort of in between composition just doesn't work well, crop a horizontal 8x10 aspect ratio of just the head to the elbow you'll see what I mean...) to the exposure (a little fill flash for the subject, less exposure on the background for effect would help) to the focus/sharpness (which I believe is a combo of slow shutter induced blur and photoshop induced sharpening)... it is a good idea, but falls short on the technicalities...
got any more from that shoot?
good idea, but could be better.

Fired many shots. Didn't kill anything.

i use M 135 open wide. i stil havent get the used of it, use open wide all the time..i know i should have step it down 1 or 2 stop.
yes, i have done a bit of sharpening, because as you can see the focus problem
i have some more from the shot, but this is the one that i like the most the rest of it i cant get his facial expression (he looks sideway at the sea), this shot was take when he was going to throw his reel.
im going to try adjusting the curve and crop
thank you

Ah the lovely M135, a fab lens. I have one as well - my first lens after the kit lens - I think it is pretty sharp wide open already, you just need to nail the focus.
