Drizzle and grey outside today. So I started a little project inside.
One wooden plate and 3 bottles of spicy olive oil.
Does it work, Yes or No? Feel free to shoot holes in it

I like the idea, Martin. If anything, I would have used the same amount of black border on all sides of the image. The exposure and sharpness are good.

A creative way to spend a day indoors. Must do something along the same lines here, me thinks, with -10 to -15 degrees outside.
Best regards
Terry

Sorry

Seriously, I am impressed. When I saw the title of your thread, I thought you meant something else and it has given me an idea - oil on water.

That's cruel, and you are a lousy shoot. The bottles are still in one piece.

An interesting idea, Martin, looks like kind of a 'magic seal' or a piece of jewellery. However there's one flaw in this jewellery: highlights and shadows (they are unrealistic - cast in all ways the same) Probably not too easy to fix though.
It looks great anyway
Kind regards,

Yeah, I know. It is doable, but it involves a lot more PS work, as I am prepared to do right now.

Thanks for the nice comments, both.

Martin.
