It'll be worth the wait - I've never regretted getting mine, very nice piece of kit

I get a bit frustrated with mine but I put that down to inexperience with flash. I could never get it to work properly in slave mode with the built in flash as the trigger, and the P-TTL seems to under-expose badly. I've taken to using it on manual mostly.

Hi Mike the last one went for £110 but you can get a new one from srs for around £155 which to me is a very good price. I went up to £80 on ebay and backed out after that.

Ian have you changed your mind about the sigma flash, the 360 is rubbish compared to the sigma

Hi I have read so many good reports doing a google on the 360 the sigma was one that I was considering now you have thrown a spanner in the works with that statement. May be I need to revaluate again.

YOu probable already know this site but if you don't this might help a bit link
Basicly all flashses are good but some have some limitations and options that you might need or want also the way you controll them is different. Some will use more buttons wile the pentax af540gz for example also have a scroll wheel so try them all out and see what works best for you.

If you get the chance, compare it against a "known good" flash unit, ie one somebody is happy with. My Sigma 530 under-exposed pretty badly on PTTL when I first got it, I compared it to my Dad's Metz 48 and it was clearly wrong. SRS sent it back to Sigma for me and now it's perfect.
