Plus a manual flash with adjustable power output. Strobist often recomends Nikon SB24, Sb25 or SB26s as they are plentiful and easily available on ebay. Expect to pay about £40 for a SB24 on ebay. I dont know the guide number but as it is about 1 stop brighter than my Samsung I think it will be pretty similar to your Metz.

Yongnuo RF-602 about £20 set off ebay can also be used as a remote shutter release from 100m away.. see here . and also this review
Only works at up to 1/125th sec. on Pentax (unless they have adjusted the timing).
The Pentax AF200T is a great little manual gun for about £12.

What's a not bank breaking solution to having 2 off camera flashes being fired by IR or triggers? I currently have 1 x Metz 48.
