Congratulations. Have fun with it.
It sounds like it would match my netbook and mouse
Well done SRS!

FIrst hastily snatched pic - taken from the window of my Freelander . Can't do anything about the colour of the sky - that is really what it's like. Colours of the block of flats are accurate I would say

Glad everything has been resolved!
If you can't say something nice about Pentax, you won't say anything at all.
Apparently.

So glad everything is resolved. As I say, it's a super little camera, I'd love one. An example of excellent service I'd say..
Best wishes,
Andrew

Yes - I can't praise SRS highly enough
Chris had been told of my latest problem on Monday evening and that's when he found the other P70 . I phoned SRS on Tuesday morning about it explaining that I was really not very happy and Chris phoned me back in the afternoon .
I'd been dreading what would happen - I wasn't prepared to accept the white one back - I felt that Pentax hadn't checked it properly . I'd sent it back to SRS , with a very clear statement of the problems . Having had the Fuji die with sensor problems I was convinced that the white P70 was a victim of that .
I was astounded when it was returned with the info that the lens had been calibrated and checked and all was well. And as we knew very swiftly, all was not well.
So when the white P70 turned up its toes again I started to think of a replacement . I felt that I would not be able to trust this particular P70 again .
The supply of the brand new lovely red P70 really cheered me up . Somehow it's not as slippery as the white one - and for me that's a plus point . It is on a neck lanyard for safety [ and umm Pentax don't make one ]

Happy shooting and let's hope any lines on your photos were actually present in front of the lens this time!
Good luck and I'm sure you'll report your findings!
Too many exclamation marks, I think
Best,
Myles
