north london photography shops or companies- vaccancies?

Hello people, im just undergoing my GCSE's and am 16 years old. I have fallen in love with photography and love taking photo's. After my exams i will have a 10 week holiday so i want to gain experience working for a photography company of any sorts. I emailed my details off to Jessops in hope; I was wondering if any of your guys know any photographical shops or companies in the North London area, i would like to gain experience working around photography for these 10 weeks. Do any of you guys know about any shops or companies i could go to to work with in the summer? in the North London area, because i cant find many

Have you also considered contacting actual photographers? ie wedding, fashion, studio etc etc.
I think you would learn a lot more about photography from one of these than working in retail.

Just look in the yellow pages and write to as many as possible saying who you are and what you want to do.
