It is close to my garden as the crow flies.
It belongs to a house that sits on the River Arle.
Somewhat unusually the garden becomes ever narrower ending up as a corridor of land just wider than the gate itself.
Although it is therefore a rear garden gate, I don't think that it is ever used.
I walk past it quite often and it always looks as though someone has fixed a gate between two trees for no obvious reason
