Newbie here!
The problem with the camera is that age will not be good to the seals so it may be fine but on the other hand may not be economically repairable.
The lenses are easier to check. If the optics are clear and the iris is snappy all's good and you could get your money back on eBay I reckon.
If you are new to photography I would recommend finding an early DSLR such as the "ist" series, which you could get for a little more and is a heck of a lot more user friendly.

I don't know a lot about old Pentax film cameras but a quick check on ebay
came up with an ES II sold in July for £9.99 plus postage and a smc takumar 1:1.8/55 for £9.50, Hoya £12.50
You'd need the focal length of the ensinor mc auto 1:2.8 lens to pin it down.
seems like your offer price might be a little high
