If I was selling or buying lenses for 35mm I would have a sense of how much they should go for and what is good and what is bad. My problem with the LF lenses is knowing the good from the bad. I guess I'll find out, hopefully not the hard way!
Thanks for the link Dan. I had seen some of their lenses on ebay too. I wonder if they would do a reasonable part exchange.

It came with a 210mm lens (equivalent of a c. 90mm on 35mm) which is not really what I need. I am now looking for something in the c. 90mm range and may well sell the 210mm to pay for it. Although as you know, selling lenses is easier to say than to do...
