Hello all!

Glad that i found this forum

I have just purchased a Pentax 67 with a 105mm and so far loving it!

I was wondering if anyone knew of a lens hood for this lens? Or a third party replacement?

Thank you all!

Regards

Chris

There will be a dedicated hood, but even if still available be prepared for a shock when you see the price! Try Amazon and eBay for lens hoods of the right thread diameter.

I have the SMC (the newest version) of the Pentax 67 105mm f2.4 lens. The lens hood that fits my lens is a plastic clip on type hood: Pentax PH-SB (67)

Here is a picture of it: link

I purchased mine from eBay. Hope this was of some help!

Hello and welcome

Sorry but I have no useful suggestions for the lens hood.

Hi Chris,

Ffordes website quite regularly has used Pentax 67 lens hoods for sale - not sure they have the one you're after at present but keep checking and one may well turn up

Hello & welcome.

I also shoot the P67 (but don't have the 105mm lens). As John pointed out, used hoods on ebay can be quite expensive. Another option is a Cokin P link or similar modular hood (Lee filters are probably better but if it's just a hood...). You may need a couple of the hood sections for the 105mm looking at bjolester's link.

John.
