New member - A couple of pics of Trees

Hi everyone. I am a new member, and there were so many welcoming responses on my intro thread, I have been persuaded to post a few pics to see what people think. I have posted a few threads here just to seperate things out a bit by subject. I hope that is ok.

Iv'e looked at all of the sets and i think they are all pretty good, some need a bit of attention as already said. You seem to have a good eye and imagination. The horses is my fav. Keep it up.

Very nice tree set, have commented on one or two of these on your flickr thread, some nice shot's there Tim. I like the last shot, very unusual image.

I love photographing trees (which is a good job when you consider where I live!)

The most unusual one (the last) was particularly pleasing for me as it was taken after a fairly long 'debate' with a friend of mine over the merits of using a flash when it is snowing. After those pictures came out she totally came round to my point of view

Overall, these threads (and more so the sets on Flickr) are my first year of SLR photography. I'm pretty pleased with how I have come on, even if there are some obvious errors. I'm looking forward to all the new things I can now learn and improve on.
