New M42 mount camera
Looks a bit spurious when we can use a K mount film camera for film or a K mount digital camera for digital. With a Mount Adapter K we can also use M42 lenses.
So I don't see any advantage to a Pentax user really.
What do you folks think of this?
An interesting concept.
I recall something similar not so long ago when an entrepreneur was looking for sponsorship to develop a digital back that would convert the Pentax LX film camera to digital. I don't think that project got off the ground but I would be curious to see how this pans out if it's genuine. Although I have my doubts as to whether or not it would appeal to the mass market or professionals.
Time will reveal all!
(Compulsive Obsessive Lens Buying Addiction Syndrome)
What you need are lenses, more lenses, bigger lenses, better lenses, faster lenses, vintage lenses and when you have these, your pictures will be perfect!
Now a camera that warms pies up and chills beer would be of great interest to this group
