I've been ignoring their reviews for years now, I think they used to publish a lot more charts and graphs.....

Agree with John, I thought it was, in the main, a very fair review and it finished with :

John is (as usual) correct.
I had hoped for more detials and charts, but on reviewing the charts for a few other tests, it appears that thier format is just different from when I last read one of their reviews thoroughly.

Think the K-5 came out pretty good.
Bit of a shame that in another test in the same magazine they compared five SLR's under £1000 they used the K-7. I suppose when it was written the K-5 cost over £1000. However the Nikon D7000 probably was as well. Never the less, the K-7 still gave a good account of itself.

Digital Camera also tested the K-5. Came out pretty good. A "Stella Performance all round" they said.what digital camera magazine have a review of the k5 in this months mag and its given a Gold Award.

they refused to compare it to the Canikon except to mention price.. and complained of excessive noise, but showed no real actual charts or other data one could directly compare to the Canikon.... and didn't mention (for once) dxo's testing results. (The one they did post show excessive noise issues up to iso 400 but nothing above?????)
conclusion....
