As I recall in my original post I was asking for opinions on the K30 as I had heard and read good things about it. I think I was being open minded about my options at the time, though after some investigation, I quickly determined that the K30 wasn't for me.I must say I could never see the logic of selling a K5 then considering buying a K30. And yes, I agree with you that I made the right decision ultimately, as for my needs the K3 is camera nirvana!
