new Boxed metz 58af 1 flash gun

Ive got a brand new boxed never used Metz 58af1 flash gun, (online seller messed up so have two so selling 1) its a top end flash gun, very powerful, pentax/samsung fit, very fast recycle times
selling for £270+ most places online
bargin for £190!

erm technically, is it yours to sell?

ok fair enough now ive re read it i can see how its sound, what happened was i ordered one online and the wrong flash turned up, they then send me a new one and picked the wrong one up at the same time, then a weekish later send me another one. this all happened 4/5 months ago maybe longer, so i waited to hear from them and nobody contacted me so im now selling it. hope that helps.

your welcome to buy the used one instead if you "dont think i own the new one" lol!

The correct process is that you would inform them that you want the goods collected and if they fail to do so within 6 months you are then free to dispose of the goods however you wish.

I guess if the shoe was on the other foot and you had been short changed by the supplier you would have phoned instantly and not waited for them to contact you.

Well since people seem to have a problem with me selling something that I own, and if they brought it and the shop ever came back to me it would be my problem to deal with nothing to do with anybody else, even if I did contact the company they clearly won't have a record of it now otherwise they would have asked for it back at the time being that I deal with This company quite abit for my gear, I'm new to forum and selling stuff on here but clearly wasn't the beat place to sell it,

Well I did ask you to clarify the situation and you have done so, which is fine. Other members will make their own judgements as to whether or not they are satisfied with the answer. All new members should bear in mind that they are unknown and joining just to sell something, although allowed, means that people have to be satisfied as to who they are before they are prepared to part with their money.

The Guarantee obviously isn't transferable

Very rarely is a warranty transferable on anything tbh.

Afaik Chris only does it for forum members.
