Need a good photo lab

The local photo lab I have been using for the last 11 years to develop my roll film is closing next week, due to a lack of demand, I must admit I am using my medium format gear less and less, and only a couple of 120 rolls every other month,

But I fancy a Pentax 645n due to its autofocus, and hoping to use it everyday but now my lab has closed, I am wondering if its worth sticking with film at all.

Can anyone recommend a good quality and more important cheap lab, does not have to be local as don't mind posting, but I do like to have them on cd as well, as I can't at the moment afford a quality film scanner,

Any recommendation would be welcome.
