Yes, but research the various types very well. You can waste a lot of money buying a set only to find that the system you choose doesn't fit some lenses.
Ideally, you should look at filters and holders that will work with your largest diameter lens. At the moment I don't think you have any very large ones. Later, when you've got serious LBA (Lens Buying Afflication) you'll probably acquire some 72mm and 77mm threaded lenses. Smaller filter sets will be useless on these lenses.
My advice, if you really think you are going to need ND grads rather than apply the same effect in post processing, look at the Cokin Pro ranges handling 100mm wide filters.

For graduated ND, I suggest a Cokin or Kood or similar "P" filter holder. Various adapter rings are available for these to make them fit various lenses.
For non graduated ND, you might prefer ordinary round screw-on ones. Stepping rings are available to adapt filters to smaller lenses. A filter that's much over-sized though may not be useable with the standard lens hood.

I have the cokin P series filter system, and for all my lenses they are fine (apart from my sigma 10-20 which I get vignetting wide open, the Z series would be needed)
You can get a holder ring in any size to fit any lens. Although you can't fit the lens hood on, you can get cokin hoods to attach to the holder.
Worth a look at and they are cheaper than the mighty Lee's yet not much worse.
