National meet up

We are all familiar with each other as far as threads go. So What about a bi-annual meet up?

This is just a "blue touch paper" suggestion and wide open for input.

My first idea is a meeting over in the Netherlands to meet Gwyn ( cos it's just a really nice country and Gwyn is a Pentaxian).

I do actually mean a location on the the UK though, so please feel free to throw in suggestions.

Yup, it ain't going to be an easy process but surely there has to be a route to being able to meet as many as can make an event?

Best regards

I think it's a great idea, I would do my best to make a meet. I don't really have a preference for a date or location, it may be an idea to do one 'North' and one 'South'?

It's not something I could participate in, but I too think it's a great idea.
Ye should definitely try and sort something out.
Good idea too David regarding a North and South meet 👍🏻
I know what i like, If not always why.

Or down here
Armed with a K3, some M, A, FA, DA, and star lens. With an eye open for "just one more lens".

Birmingham or Coventry are both accessible by rail and motorway. Both are photogenic. Bits of both are being torn down and rebuilt ! Both have good pubs.
Talking of Chris - what does Watford have to offer? (honest question).
Derek - you can do Birmingham by air from Belfast, Cork and Dublin.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
