It seems to be optomised for 1280x800 (judging by background image size)
However at this resolution (on my secondary display) using the HOVER method is ok for the top rows of images, but if I want to hover over the last 2 rows then I cannot see the whole of the larger pop-up image as I have to scroll down to hover.
On my main display there is plenty of room for the image to be displayed due to higher resolution giving more area. The problem then however is that the background image only covers part of the background & looks a little out of sorts.
I used firefox by the way.
It looks pretty professional, but is not up to the standard of the wonderful images you have displayed there.
Plus, I couldn't find the actual print dimensions anywhere. I don't think I'd send £25 for a small print, in case I recieved a postage stamp sized photo !
EDIT: re-reading my post it sounded far too negative, the images are by-and-large fantastic & with a few tweaks the website will look great too. Just trying to be constructive

nope the constructive-ness is great thanks, i designed the website and i have my friend loren putting it online for me... am confused by the hover thing but i hate that the website is build for a wee screen, i would rather it were optimised for a bigger one and i will mention this to my web head as she works on a wee computer and really needs to make the background image bigger I did put a note up about the print sizes, your quite right though small medium or large is pretty vague really... for information i was planning to sell A5 at £25, A4 at £45 and A3 at £75, i will be drymounting them to exhibition quality which does take time but worth it and i dont like selling my prints out of a mount because it make it easier to scan them! I didnt think your post was negative at all, its great to have some good quality feedback and please dont hesitate anytime you want to comment on my work xx

Some excellent images feeb and love the design of the site but the hover thing gets on you nerves a bit if the big image box on the left is slightly off screen.Apart from that it's quality

yeah i am well confused by the hover thingy, i wanted it to be quite uniform but it hasnt really worked, perhaps we will have a wee lookie at it later on in the website progress but for now i just want to get the thing full functioning! so glad of all the advice now it makes it much clearer what i need to look out for. Also due to the feedback above, my webmaster person has agreed to make the site larger, which is bloody great! thanks everyone xx
