Hi,

I recently created a new 'free' gallery
While I'm still in the process of setting it up, I have put in some of the recent shots I took with the *ist-D.

Some of the pics have a little cropping and about 40-60% USM in PS CS.

I'll keep this gallery updated when I can.

Cheers!

Very nice.

Two questions.

1 I am intrigued by the use of flash even for quite distant buildings. Do you think it makes a difference, or was the information with the picture wrong.

2 What lenses were you using?

Hi Shotgun!

Nice to see some of your work at last
I particularly like the moss-on-tree-trunk image. Very detailed!

I'm looking forward to some more

Hi George & Matt,

Thanks for the compliments

George, to answer your questions:

1) I think the gallery site gave the wrong info about the flash usage. NONE of those shots used flash!!!

2) The lenses used were FA100mm f2.8 MACRO, FA50mm 1.7 and the FAJ 18-35mm (kit) lense. I did some PS cropping on some of the shots and a little bit of USM.

Matt,

Thanks. I still have a lot of RAW files waiting for post-processing
Right now I am a bit busy at work, so I hope i can process some and post into the gallery.

Cheers!!
