Interesting to compare the PP with the original version. Surprised to see no comments on the version uploaded to the Gallery too!

This is true. Everytime I would do the treatment otherwise when I review my old photos. Basically I love the black background + low-key combination, my every B/W shot tends to this direction.
It was the second upload (to the competition) because of it this version has no comments. The original upload had 147 views and 14 comments (without my ones).

The more subtle contrast really helps the first shot Gabor (not that the original is lacking in much as its got everything else in there)
