I just love the way Pentax are pushing the new K-x.
Let's hope the colour option becomes a future point on ALL their DSLRs.
I'd love a white K-7!

I've always fancied a pair of green Leitz or Zeiss binoculars, like the ones the twitchers use.
And I seem to recall that Tamron used to sell green telephoto lenses at one time. Very professional.

Like I said earlier today, they are COOL for us to use and what we need is some PROFESSIONAL to use them on the job and have the NIK-CAN photographer wonder what the HELL the individual is using.
The real pity is they are only available in JAPAN and not CANADA and why not also make optics this sort of think as well.
In closing everyone have a wonderful weekend, as for me I am off to a PHOTOGRAPHIC WORKSHOP in my hometown.

And not to forget they are a limited edition so only 1000 are make I believe.
You could order one from Japan if you want, I was already trying to find out what customized colour edition would cost me to get here.

I've ordered twice from amazon.co.jp without any problems but they don't send electronics abroad the last time I checked.
My Japanese isn't the best but luckily I know some characters so I can find my way around a website but don't ask me to read or write something

There is a company in Japan that specialises in taking orders and then forwarding them on. They charge something like 20% of the order value plus the postage to you. If you include customs as well it works out expensive imo but depends how badly you want the item.
