Can't be viewed in the UK.
Hmmm, maybe just as well.

It still works here in Oz?

UKGOV filtering Chinese sites?

Best regards
The block appears to be coming from the Chinese end, as the message reading 'this can only be streamed in mainland China' appears overlaid on the video itself, in both English and Chinese. The UK Gov would have to be pretty smart cookies to accomplish that, and I think there's plenty of evidence to say they aren't.

PS Don Reislinger or whatever his name is is just a self-employed blogger.

Only an incorrect comment of mine Thoughton.

It was hopefully an isolated example of shutter related problems with random firing.

Presently inebriated with red wine, awaiting delivery of a 21mm Pentax from Adorama.

Best regards and respect.

I would guess it is the UK blocking it.

I can view the Chinese video, not sure what I understand what I am seeing though.

If the UK is blocking it why would they include a message in Chinese? And how did they manage to insert their 'blocked' message directly into the Flash video? (Or if they just overlaid it the positioning is suspiciously perfect)

Blocking geographic regions by IP addresses is very hit and miss. It may just be that the IP blocks assigned to Netherlands and Australia aren't as clearly defined as the ones assigned to the UK. Or it may just be that the Youku license to broadcast whatever that video is specifically excludes the UK (where some other body will have licensing rights).

Got interested in this and did some googling, apparently when Youku is experiencing high domestic demand and resulting slowdowns they will block the larger international markets such as the US and the UK.
