Cheers Cliff,

that's a church in a village called Binfield.. about 5 miles from where I live. We had a pretty good snowfall.. considering it was the South of England. Hopefully there'll be some more tonight.

And the snow on these pictures is so clean - they are really refreshing Difficult to say which one I like the best - all look good.

May I join the question, Liam, can you tell the secret, how did you do the frame? It's fantastic!
Kind regards,

They're all good but I do like No.1 the best, it has a apicture postcard look about it.

Can I ask how you did the dark surround. I know to make the canvas larger and how to change the colour ofit but how did you blend the one into the other as its not a solid line, more of a gradiant ??

Ta!

Hi Gareth,

thanks..

For the framing, (and you'll a graphics app that handles layers, such as PS or GIMP), you create a new layer over the image, and fill it with the colour you want for the frame. You then Select all | Shrink (by 3px) | Feather (by8px) | and then cut the middle out.

Apologies, but I'm just off out, so that's a bit rushed. Ask if you need more info..

Cheers
