Nice shots
I like number 4 as it shows that instead of whinging people just need the right tyres, vehicle or snow chains etc - nice effect in the shot with the 'snow streaks'
Looking at number 1 I thought - what an interesting door handle - I need to get out more - but again - nice shot - I like the white of the handle in contrast to the snow and of course the rust

Number 4 is a good one Bret, I feel like I'm driving! Oh I suppose it could be improved, perhaps another car up ahead skidding round the corner but back in the real world it has plenty of drama already. Very good!

Some stuff from Monday. It was independence day here, so an opportunity to get out. It dropped another 30cm of snow on Helsinki, but here it was only another 10cm or so.
this is my D-FA's hood
a remnant of autumn (I had to *search* for this)
and something from later on in the evening - I went out deliberately. This is 1/[email protected] / ISO 400; something like 60km/h accelerating uphill (yes, it is possible with the right tyres!).
The different whites are caused because the headlights are halogen and the driving lights HID. Not much I can do about that one...
