Monthly contest #152 - pavements

Does nobody want to go outside their front door and photograph the concrete, tarmac, slabbed, cracked, pristine, wrecked public pavement (read 'sidewalk') that is set before all of us?

Nah !
but there are number of days to go , before the end of the monthly competition.
I will only go out on nice overcast days, as the sunny days are bad for ones health and thats according to the various governments advisory groups.

It takes time to do a systematic survey, process the data, assess the results, evaluate the options... taking the photograph is the quick and easy bit .

Mr davidwozhere, you are a wicked, wicked man! Thanks to your monthly comp, what was meant to be a quick trip to the local supermarket this evening via boring and well-trodden footpaths ended up taking absolutely ages. I now know every inch of those paths in greater detail than ever thought possible. And did it produce an entry for the comp? Not a chance... .
