Monthly comp #10 Discussion

Despite the fact that several images were removed from last month's competition because they weren't taken during March its happened again in April. The first two entries for this months Standing out in a crowd comp were taken last November and in March.

They will get picked up and removed when we look through the images from time to time.

Please everyone, remember the purpose of the Monthly Competition. It's a challenge to get us out and about shooting something new. Therefore, images must be shot in the same month as the competition.

Many people don't visit the forum and don't know the rule. It isn't stated in the introduction to the competition, so how are people new to the site, or who don't visit the forum supposed to know? Isn't there some way of making a statement about the rules on the competition site itself?
Or of adding the rules to the introduction statement if the setter of the topic doesn't?

I'll add something now Gwyn, individual judges often do, but not always it's true.
