Maybe not, contrary to popular belief you could order a Model T in other colours, the "any colour you like as long it's black" is a bit of an urban myth. They also built a huge range of options on the line rather than it being one model only.

We used to own a maroon one which was built in that colour and also a fire engine which was factory built.

A truly great car and still valid today, my grandfather started off in business in 1920 selling them and we are still going 90 years later.

Ah!! those were the days when you could leave a can of petrol

Not hijacking your thread , Don , but my favourite car so far this year has to be this 2 ton monster - a 1931 Cadillac Fleetwood Convertible Sedan.Once owned by the Maharajah of Tikari and now Ron Hickman - inventor of the B&D Workmate,many Lotus car designs, and now resident of Jersey CI.
Spotted at the Royal Jersey Horticultural & Agricultural Society Show this June.

Yes we are, although not cars. We sell Ford engines and components to people who put them into other equipment, our major cusotmers are poeple like Morgan and Caterham.
