Hi One and All!

Hope everyone had a Happy Easter.

I've just received 18 rolls of 100 ISO, 24 Exp C-41 film, labeled Mitsubishi MX100.

I've never heard of this film before, but I got it for a pretty good price.

Has anyone any experience with this particular brand?

Thoughts?

I tend to like Fuji Superia Reala, so that would be my reference point

Thanks and

Cheers

You have Konica-Minolta film rebranded as Mitsubishi - I've been scanning in some Centuria 200 film from 1998 and it's nothing to complain about.

Depends on how cheap it is - you may find buying some Fuji Superia film is only slightly more expensive.

On the same topic, does anyone know who makes Tudor branded film? They sell it for stupid prices in a cheap shop near me, but I'm always a bit scared to try it. I think Tudor also do 110 film, which I don't know much about (& don't know how many units the shop sells a week in order to justify stocking it), but it's made me think about trying to get hold of a nice Pentax Auto 110...

Hi Mac,

Not sure if Loblaws chain has an outlet in your neighbourhood but one of my "informed" sources tells me their store film is rebranded Fuji at quite a reduction in price.

I've seen some results and it is a quality product (both print and slide). Personally, have continued to pay those extra pennies to the local camera store operator no doubt receiving more than the price difference in education...I am a difficult student.

Thanks, Art!

I'll be sure to give Loblaw's a try.

I also have it on quite good authority that Black's print film is rebadged Fuji. Tried some samples before and excellent quality.
