I am not sure it would be possible to make an adapter which maintains infinity but you best chance would be to talk to SRB who specialise in such things. http://www.srb-griturn.com/index.asp

Yes, infinity is not possible, the furthest it will focus is 3 or 4 metres due to the depth of the mount.
And it has to be stopped-down manually, although I'd probably use it wide-open if I used it at all...

One of the items is an MC Rokkor 85mm f1.7 lens that was absolutely excellent for portraits. I wondered whether it could be made to work on my Samsung GX10 - the answer is that the Minolta bayonet fits onto the K-mount flange ok. The problem is that you have to hold it there - unsurprisingly it doesn't lock into place...
So, picture the scene - I'm holding the camera with the 1.7 prime on the front (the aperture pin on the Minolta lens doesn't interfere with the Pentax-mount lever or the mirror) and looking for a subject. The cat from next door wanders past...
