Microsoft Ice

Whenever I use tha above to create a panorama, I ask it to save it as a TIFF image, but it always saves it as ".spj".

What am I doing, if anything, wrong?

I think the .spj is the configuration file which you get via a "save" or "save as". I think you have to go via "export to disk" to actually save the image.
